In the immediate aftermath of a child’s sudden passing, we provide:
- Phone Check-Ins & House Calls: Compassionate care tailored to your needs, similar to post-birth midwifery visits.
- Guidance on Next Steps: From choosing a funeral director to keepsake options like hand/foot castings.
- Honouring Your Child: Advice and links for meaningful keepsake ideas.
Mental Health Support
Grieving the loss of a child takes an immense toll on mental health. We help by:
- Providing a comprehensive list of Crisis Support Lines.
- Recommending books that bring comfort and understanding.
- Connecting families with Trauma-Informed Psychologists & Counselors.
Offering Self-Care Guidance, including a free mindfulness facial donated by JY Beauty Lounge, honoring Aliyah’s love for self-care and her cherished moments in her mum’s skin clinic.
Practical Assistance
Alleviating stress with tailored advice and resources for:
- Financial Support: Guidance on payment assistance entitlements and navigating financial hardship.
- Investigation & Advocacy: Support with complaints, investigations, and accessing your child’s medical records.
- Funeral Planning Assistance: Resources to ease the burden of planning and managing unexpected expenses.

Yearly Donations to the Perth Children’s Hospital ICU
In Aliyah’s memory, we donate annually to bring comfort to families in the ICU, including:
- Hair brushes & detangling sprays.
- Toiletries for parents.
- Children’s books (Aliyah’s favourites).
- Nail polishes, play dough, and other comforting items.
